We are a self check in Hotel.. 

We may ask for a security deposit of €50.00 p.p. at check in. This is to cover any incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay. You will receive the full amount after inspection of the room .
A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) will also be required. ​

Parking and Directions:
The hotel does not own private parking. There are public parking spaces near the hotel. A payment is required.

A different option is to park in the Museum Park garage: https://www.rotterdam.nl/parkeergarage-museumpark
This garage is a 6 minutes’ walk to the hotel and €40.00 for 24 hours. 

Please note that the hotel does not offer an elevator and you might climb some stairs to the room. If you would like to be booked on the first floor, please inform us in advance. We try our best to arrange this (a subject on availability).
